RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

OUR EASY FREE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items we are happy to accept orders for return or exchange 30 days from the date of purchase if your items meet the following criteria:

  1. Items cannot be worn and must be in new and original condition.
  2. Items must not be washed.
  3. FACE MASKS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns for a change of mind. If your order contains damaged or incorrect items please reach out to customer service. We apologize for the inconvenience and are happy to assist you.

 

Returns will be processed between 2-3 business days.

Please note, in the event you have more than one order to process at the same time as any single return, your returns must be packaged separately in their original order with their appropriately assigned return label.

All Gifts with Purchase or Buy One, Get One purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

FINAL SALE items are final sale and therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that Gift Card purchases are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Transit times are not guaranteed. International orders may experience customs delays.

Due to the high cost of shipping, all international orders to outside of the U.S. and orders to U.S. territories are FINAL SALE.

Return Instructions

Pack the items you're returning in original poly bags if possible, and then in the poly mailer or box (as applicable).

Print your return label you received via email and attach it to the package. Cover any existing shipping labels.

Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.

GENERAL FAQ

What shipping methods and carriers do you use?

We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes about one to three business days for us to pack up and ship out your order.

Orders placed before 12pm PT typically ship out the same business day, and orders placed after 12pm PT or on the weekend will ship the next business day.

Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

Orders shipping to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO sites generally take two to five weeks for delivery. Military APO/FPO/DPO Mail has unique transportation and handling requirements, which result in extended standard delivery time for online orders. Because Military APO/FPO/DPO Mail is transported outside of the U.S. to overseas locations, normal transit times are generally extended, causing longer delivery windows.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard (2–6 business days): $6-$10, based on weight and location

Express (2–3 business days): $16-$20, based on weight and location

All U.S. orders for $50 or more will receive free Standard shipping. Expedited shipping for orders over $50 is possible, but is charged by weight and distance.

International shipping rates vary based on weight and location.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is packaged at our warehouse. Tracking links generally need 48–72 business hours to be updated with tracking information.

Can you delay shipping my order?

Sorry, we are unable to delay shipment of your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping/boxes?

Sorry, not at this time.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your order is marked as delivered, but you still don't have your new NxTSTOP pieces, a few things may have occurred:

  • Your delivery person put your package somewhere discreet to make sure no one steals it—behind a plant, under a bush, we've seen it all (and appreciate their thoughtfulness).
  • Your delivery person marked your package as delivered a few days in advance, and the package may still be on the way.
  • A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package for you.

If the above doesn't apply and you can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

If the package is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after seven business days, please email us at orders@thenxtstop.com.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item?

Please email us at orders@thenxtstop.com and we'll make sure you're taken care of.

If we’re assisting you with a damaged or incorrect item, we may ask that you send a photo of the item and may provide you with a label to return the item.

Can I cancel my order or edit my shipping information?

Please email us at orders@thenxtstop.com or call us at (323) 301-7872.

We try to fill orders as quickly as possible, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.

Call us immediately after placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Depending on how far along your order is, we may not be able to make the update in time.

Please note: Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order or edit the shipping address.

What countries do you ship to?

NxTSTOP ships worldwide! If you live in Mexico, Canada, or the UK, you can also order on Amazon, which will make the shipping cost lower and delivery faster! Check out the NxTSTOP stores in these countries.

Can you ship to a post office box?

Yes! Orders shipping to PO boxes will ship Standard via USPS.
