SHIPPING & RETURNS

Representing the modern-day world explorer, NxTSTOP ships anywhere anywhere in the world, and offers multiple shipping options. U.S. standard shipping is USPS First Class, and U.S. expedited shipping is USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will normally begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your tracking number.

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Please note that NxTSTOP does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Los Angeles, CA. 

  • Standard Shipping: (1-6 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping: (2-3 business days). 

GENERAL RETURN INFORMATION

We recognize that sometimes you may need to return your product. Not to worry. Contact orders@thenxtstop.com to specify the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

We will process a return packing slip for you, but the shipping cost may be covered by you, or by NxTSTOP depending on the situation. See below.

The refund policies described herein also apply to products purchased by using Pinterest pins (with sales executed through the www.thenxtstop.com.)

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

NxTSTOP will accept returns of products in new, unused condition within 30 days for exchange or refund. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs of return and new product shipping.

Products returned outside of 30 days will be accepted for exchange or store credit only.

PRODUCT DEFECTS

In situations where a product defect is the reason for the return, NxTSTOP will pay for shipping of the returned product and for the shipping of any exchanged product (as applicable). Please indicate the defect when you contact us.
