  • US Standard Shipping

    2–6 business days. $6-$10, based on weight and location.

  • US Expedited Shipping

    2–3 business days. $16-$20, based on weight and location.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Start your online return or exchange here. You need your order number and the email used to place the order.

Exchanges are Free.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days on unworn items in new condition. All face masks are final sale.

A $9.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for the first item returned + $1 for additional item. Orders placed before 12/27/22 are charged $8.95 restocking fee for the first item returned + $1 for additional item. Returns will be processed between 3-5 business days

FINAL SALE items are final sale and therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange.

What shipping methods and carriers do you use?

NxTSTOP partners with Amazon to ship your order. You do not need to have an Amazon account.

Orders placed before 12pm PT typically ship out the same business day, and orders placed after 12pm PT or on the weekend will ship the next business day.

Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link, which enables you to follow the progress of your shipment.

Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours from the time you received the shipping confirmation email before the link is active.

What if my order arrives damaged or missing an item?

Please email us at and we'll make sure you're taken care of.

If we’re assisting you with a damaged or incorrect item, we may ask that you send a photo of the item and may provide you with a label to return the item.

Who is responsible for shipping delays?

NxTSTOP makes no guarantees about shipping times. Shipping times depend completely on delivery providers and NxTSTOP is not responsible for delays.

NxTSTOP will not reimburse shipping costs for delays in shipping.

In the event of a shipment delivery mistake due to a customer incorrectly specifying the delivery address or wishing to change the delivery address of an order that has already been processed, NxTSTOP has no obligation to refund the order.

Do you ship to US Territories, Military Addresses and PO Boxes?

Orders shipping to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO sites generally take two to five weeks for delivery. Military APO/FPO/DPO Mail has unique transportation and handling requirements, which result in extended standard delivery time for online orders. Because Military APO/FPO/DPO Mail is transported outside of the U.S. to overseas locations, normal transit times are generally extended, causing longer delivery windows.

Orders shipping to PO boxes will ship Standard via USPS.

What if my order is marked as delivered but has not arrived?

If your order is marked as delivered, but you still don't have your new NxTSTOP pieces, please contact your neighbors and the delivery service.

Please also double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

Can I cancel my order or edit my shipping information?

We try to fill orders as quickly as possible, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.

Call us immediately after placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Depending on how far along your order is, we may not be able to make the update in time.

Please note: Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order or edit the shipping address.
