Can gift cards be reloaded? 

Sorry, no, you can't reload a gift card.

How can I check my balance?

To check your balance, please reach out to Customer Service at info@thenxtstop.com. We're happy to help!

How will I receive my gift card? 

Your gift card will sent to the email on file with the order, so if it's a gift - you can enter the recipient's email address at checkout to make sure it's sent to their email!

Do you ship a physical gift card?

No. This is a digital gift card and will be sent via email or text message!

What happens if I return an item I purchased with my gift card?

Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. So, if you paid only with your gift card, you can expect a digital gift card balance in the amount of the purchase.

If you partially paid with a credit card or Paypal along with your Gift Card, we can refund up to the amount paid via Paypal or a credit card. The rest will be in a NxTSTOP Gift Card.

Are Gift Cards returnable?

No. Gift Cards are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
