Due to Covid-19, we have shifted our entire operation to manufacturing reusable cloth face masks. Our face masks come in cotton and bamboo fabrics and are available for the general public on our direct website and on Amazon. We are also offering wholesale orders for businesses looking to buy in bulk!

Position Description Overview

The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via email and Facebook on a daily basis and handle changes needed on Shopify and ShipBob platforms. Potential to build experience within Amazon customer service across multiple countries. No incoming phone calls necessary! This is a part-time, hourly paid role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership and respond to customers on a daily basis via email/Facebook/potentially Amazon
  • Operate with understanding, active listening, patience, empathy and kindness to customers
  • Navigate Shopify and ShipBob (we will train) to fix orders if necessary 
  • Provide detailed information about our products
  • Handle questions and problem resolutions 
  • Pass on incoming leads to our sales team 
  • Documents all activities in a clear and concise manner 

About You

  • 0-1 year experience in a customer-focused position
  • Dependable 
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Self-starter 
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms is highly valued
