In partnership with For Days, we now offer clothing recycling services. 

Just throw all your old stuff in your Take Back Bag (from any brand in any condition*) and use the pre-paid shipping label to send it for recycling. 

As a reward for making the world a little cleaner, we will give you a $20 credit towards a future purchase.**

Did you know that the average American throws away 81 pounds of clothing every year.  And even if you donate your clothes, 85% of those eventually end up in landfills, too?  Get rid of the crap in your closet responsibly and make room for the new.

  • Bag measures 24” x 24” and is made from 100% recycled material (50% of which is post-consumer). It is also recyclable.
  • Please ensure your clothing is clean and washed prior to shipping. Please no undergarments.

What do you do with the products sent in with my Take Back Bag?

The products are sorted and then sent to a recycling partner. Those partners resell what could have a second life and then the remaining materials for recycling into rags or shoddy.

What can I use my $20 credit on?

You can use your credit on any NxTSTOP item, with exception to face masks.

When/how will I receive my $20 credit?

You'll receive an email with a code to apply at checkout.

Do you accept shoes in the Take Back Bag?

We do not accept shoes, but socks and swim are OK.

Do my items need to be in "good condition"?

We take any brand of clothing in any condition as long as it's clean and washed. Please no undergarments.

FREE ground shipping on orders over $50 going to any destination in the contiguous United States.

General shipping guidance follows below, but NxTSTOP makes no guarantees about shipping times. Shipping times depend completely on delivery providers and NxTSTOP is not responsible for delays in shipping. 

NxTSTOP will not reimburse shipping costs for delays in shipping.

US Standard Shipping: (2-6 business days)

US Expedited Shipping: (2-3 business days) 

International Standard Shipping: (10-20 business days)

International Expedited Shipping: (5-7 business days)

Orders submitted before 12pm PST are usually shipped on the same business day. Delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide.


Tracking Your Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link, which enables you to follow the progress of your shipment.

Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours from the time you received the shipping confirmation email before the link is active.

We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items we are happy to accept orders for return or exchange 30 days from the date of purchase if your items meet the following criteria:

  1. Items cannot be worn and must be in new and original condition.
  2. Items must not be washed.
  3. FACE MASKS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns for a change of mind. If your order contains damaged or incorrect items please reach out to customer service. We apologize for the inconvenience and are happy to assist you. 

Returns will be processed between 2-3 business days. 

Please note, in the event you have more than one order to process at the same time as any single return, your returns must be packaged separately in their original order with their appropriately assigned return label.

All Gifts with Purchase or Buy One, Get One purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. 

FINAL SALE items are final sale and therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that Gift Card purchases are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Transit times are not guaranteed. International orders may experience customs delays. 

Due to the high cost of shipping, all international orders to outside of the U.S. and orders to U.S. territories are FINAL SALE.

Return Instructions

  1. Pack the items you're returning in original poly bags if possible, and then in the poly mailer or box (as applicable).
  2. Print your return label you received via email and attach it to the package. Cover any existing shipping labels. 
  3. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.
