I wanted to take a chance of actually sizing down with this jacket (actually take M, but went for SMALL) and I am really pleased with it. This jacket is really flattering and form fitting and I think it looks fantastic!...This item has some very nice design details. It not only looks good, but feels good. The material has a nice stretch and it is very durable. The seems have quality stitching (which is important in something that will form fit and need to stretch). The cuffs have nice elastic stretch to them as well and seal around your wrists well. I find this to a great windbreaker as is it certainly keeps drafts out, but I dont find myself getting hot in it.I should clarify my initial comments. I think this jacket looks great, but I certainly do NOT think you should attempt to size down if you happen to be overweight as this will not be an attractive look. Sorry to say that, but I just want to be honest about that. This design is cut for an athletic or fit person and it will provide for a flattering form fitting look on the right person. Now, if you risk sizing down you may find the forearms a little snug. They stretch but just keep that in mind.Overall, I am really impressed with this jacket and it more than exceeded my expectations. It is a well made garment with quality stitching and its durable. This jacket cuts no corners what so ever. It is such a nice business casual jacket, with high quality material all around.The popped collar, the zippers, and the material all were beyond my expectations.It's a very warm jacket, and not the most breathable. As for water proofing, rain just slides right off this jacket keeping you completely dry.I am usually a medium depending on the branding. For this jacket I ordered a small and it just fit. I do have a wider frame for my size, and a longer torso, and was just hitting the perfect sizing. So with that being said, I would say it's maybe half a size bigger. Like a small is more a smedium.The collar is stiff so stays popped easily, the only down fall is it doesn't stay flush when wanting too wear it down.This is a very high end and gorgeous jacket, with a very nice and professional look.

I ordered the small and normally wear extra small, but the fit was only a bit big and the arm length is almost perfect. The size might be more fitted, which is not a bad thing unless you prefer jackets to be loose.Despite this jacket being slightly big, it is both comfortable and stylish. The jacket is fairly lightweight and the quality is excellent with the stitching both on the exterior and interior mostly flawless. The outer shell is indeed water resistant and the interior brushed fleece is nice, contributing to the overall comfort. I really like the stretchy cuffs, which are also comfortable.The design is clean and modern. Both the company name and logo are subtle and shows more in pictures than in person. There are 3 zippered pockets on the exterior and 3 corresponding pockets in the same position on the inside. The 3 pockets on the inside do not have zippers but are very deep.Overall, this is a comfortable, stylish and high quality light jacket that can be worn for almost any occasion. I am quite happy with this jacket and I would recommend it.

Model : 150 lbs, 5ft 9", 42 chest. Wears Zara M, Gap M, Calvin Klein M. Casual, careful well tailored style. Post test TIPS:Size Medium fits best to have a turtleneck under. Size S will fit snug, specially on armpits. Never use strong detergent, will take away the water resistant finish. So will dryer, fabric softener. Use wash-in or spray-on treatment available at MEC. But made in Vietnam, as most Zara, Costco, Mexx stuff is. Nice gift. Smartly designed. Zip pockets have tab pulls up. Beard color :-), no hair caught in zips ( perfect for Fabio), water resistant wind resistant fabric hydrophobic. Cuffs are draft resistant, with spandex closure. Slight stretch give to the jacket- if one is looking for a tailored look, with a fitted shirt inside. Hope this helps
